WHY PRIVATE YOGA WITH ME?

It's fun! I like to make yoga light hearted while I'm teaching and hope that my students enjoy the practice. It is meant to be a full experience of a calming practice with challenges that you feel comfortable with. I track your progress and goals and design your next class at your level.

PRIVATE YOGA COMES WITH

  • A 30 minute virtual session prior to our first yoga class that includes an introduction and we discuss what you are looking to get out of yoga.

  • Props for each class, you just show up!

  • A welcome bag with fun goodies for your practice.
